Hilliard Management Group and Radar Blue go way, way, way, way back (there's an inside joke in there for the principles). When HMG's senior partner, Ted Hilliard, got called up to active duty from the Army Reserves, they asked Radar Blue to develop a website to follow his adventures in Iraq.

Radar Blue designed and integrated several open source solutions including PHP-Nuke into a dynamic web log (blog) at www.weekonthebeach.com so Mr. Hilliard's friends and family could keep up with the action.
